LUXE Greenery Walls are committed to providing exceptional Customer Service & turnaround times for your artificial Greenery Wall needs. Please contact us at any time & we will aim to respond to your enquiry within 2 business days or less. Our working days are Monday to Friday 9am–5pm.
WHOLESALE ENQUIRIES
We welcome wholesale enquiries. Please contact us directly for our wholesale price list.
PRICING
Pricing on this website is in Australian Dollars (AUD) & is inclusive of GST. Prices shown may change without notice at any time.
PAYMENT
We accept credit/debit card payment, paypal & bank transfer.
PAYMENT
All payment methods via this website are secure. No payment information or details are stored.
Online Orders
If stock is available online, full payment is required upon checkout.
Custom Orders
If you require a quantity larger than our stock on hand online, please contact us directly & we can arrange a custom order for you. You will be invoiced directly, separately to this website. To confirm your order, a 50% deposit of the invoice total is required to secure your order, with the balance due 14 days prior to delivery or installation. The due dates will be outlined on your invoice for your convenience.
Hired Items
For any items hired, you will be invoiced directly, separately to this website. To confirm your order, a 30% deposit of the invoice total is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 14 days prior to the function date.
DELIVERY
Australian Delivery
All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items in stock are dispatched within 2 business days. If you have placed a custom order with us, we will notify you of the lead time directly, as this is dependent upon the item type & quantity ordered.
International Delivery
Please contact us directly, should you wish to place a custom order with international delivery.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on online only orders of $250.00 AUD & more. This is applicable to Australian delivery & does not include any International delivery. This is applicable only to online orders & does not cover any Custom orders or orders taken over the phone.
Express Delivery
We can arrange express delivery upon request. Please contact us to arrange this. If you order is $250.00 or more, this will not be covered under our free delivery offer. A surcharge may be applicable to cover the additional cost of the express service.

VOUCHER CODES
Voucher codes are only valid prior to the expiry date for online orders only & do not cover any custom orders or hire items.
RETURNS
(Australia only).
Online Orders
Should you change your mind or wish to cancel your order for any reason(s), please contact us immediately & follow the below steps:

Notify us within 7 business days of receiving your goods. Our working days are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

Please do not use the items.

Repack the items in their original condition, as you received them.

We will send you a Returns Form – please fill this in & include it inside the parcel with the items.

Follow all instructions included on our Returns Form & send goods back to our nominated warehouse address within 7 business days.
Upon receiving your goods, we will then notify you if a refund, exchange or store credit will be issued.
Please note, original freight charges & return freight charges will be deducted from any refund/exchange/store credit.
Installed orders (DIY or by LUXE Greenery Walls) cannot be returned or refunded.
Custom Orders
Custom orders cannot be returned. All deposits made are non-refundable & this applies in the event of cancellations. By securing your order, you have read, understood & agree to these terms.
Hired Items

WARRANTY
Plants are:
UV protected for approx. up to 3 years;
Fire retardant for approx. up to 2 years;
Rust proof backing (approx. up to 5 years).
This refers to certain items within our full range of products. Please refer to the “Details” section of the product page to see if this is applicable to that item. Alternatively, please refer to our current Lookbook. This is a guideline only & may differ depending on the exact use & location of your installed greenery. To maximise longevity of your greenery, we recommend installation in a covered/sheltered area with minimal exposure to outdoor elements (for eg. sun, rain, wind). Any associated damage as a result of unforeseen weather (for eg. hail, thunder etc.) will not be covered under warranty.
